Almost 70 members enjoyed this excellent presentation by Steve Race.  His extensive knowledge of the birdlife and wildlife of this area of Yorkshire was evident immediately and throughout.  His presentation - mainly focused on birdlife - was packed with superb images of each type, along with his tips on how he achieved them.  He shared his fieldcraft and vast knowledge of the habits and common practices of each type of bird or species of wildlife, which informed his approach to his photographing his subjects.  It really was an an impressive display.  The above image seems particularly appropriate at this time of year - Happy Valentine's Day!
